REFUND POLICY

Eve's Delights offers a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You must contact the store before any goods are returned. Goods returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Merchandise pre-approved for return must be returned in original, undamaged condition and its original packaging. Returns are at the sender’s expense, including both shipping charges and any brokerage or duty that is applicable.

Upon approval for a return, Customer Service will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form via fax or e-mail. The RMA form must accompany the returned merchandise, and the RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Returns that arrive without the appropriate RMA documentation will be refused.

When an item is approved for return after seven (7) days from receipt, a restocking fee may be charged.

Orders paid for by credit card will be refunded as a credit onto the original credit card used for payment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (i.e., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (i.e., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (i.e., beauty products).

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not exchange merchandise. The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, following the procedure indicated above.
Once the return is accepted and your funds are returned, you may purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive your refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
